Tourcube includes an interface to Authorize.net for accepting client payments and the ability to create, manage, and reference customer payment information in Authorize.net's secure Customer Information Manager (CIM) for automated processing of secondary deposits and final payments.

Accounting data entered into Tourcube (Clients, Invoices, Receipts, Vendors, Refunds, Commissions, and Vendor Payment requests) can be exported to excel for import into Quickbooks or other accounting systems.

Product Database

Website Integration

Website Content Database

Tourcube is designed to allow companies to use the system as their website CMS for Trips and Vendor data. This provides ability to have a single point of entry for all Trip and Vendor related data and eliminates the need to double enter data into your website and your back end system. Website data can be sent directly to the WordPress or Laravel API’s and is also exported out nightly as a JSON feed. Included with the JSON feed is the ability to assign Trips to multiple channels and to create JSON feeds for each individual channel. This capability allows companies to distribute curated trip catalogs to multiple third party partners seamlessly.

REST API

Tourcube has a REST API to allow for companies with advanced capabilities to create their own user interface experience for customer portal, booking engine, and website inquiries.
